Boebert Ex Backs Her Amid Theater Incident, Citing Infidelity

About Lauren Boebert

Lauren Boebert is an American politician who gained prominence as a member of the Republican Party. Born on December 15, 1986, in Altamonte Springs, Florida, she is best known for her role as the U.S. Representative for Colorado’s 3rd congressional district. Boebert has established herself as a vocal and controversial figure in American politics due to her staunch conservative views and her advocacy for gun rights.

She first gained national attention for her ownership of a restaurant called “Shooters Grill” in Rifle, Colorado, where the staff openly carried firearms. Boebert ran for Congress in 2020 and won the election, subsequently taking office in January 2021. In Congress, she has aligned herself with the far-right Freedom Caucus and has been an outspoken supporter of former President Donald Trump.

Lauren Boebert’s tenure in Congress has been marked by her vocal opposition to various Democratic policies and her involvement in conservative causes. She has been a strong advocate for Second Amendment rights, border security, and limited government. Her political stances have garnered both support and controversy, making her a polarizing figure in American politics. Please note that my knowledge is based on information available up to September 2021, and there may have been developments in her career since then.

Lauren Boebert’s height is approximately 5 feet 6 inches (167.64 cm).

Lauren Boebert reversed her initial denial, made by her spokespersons, regarding her vaping at a theater show last week, following the release of an extended surveillance video.

The Republican congresswoman from Colorado was ejected from the Beetlejuice show in Denver on September 10, as later revealed in video clips. The venue claimed it was due to complaints of vaping, singing, phone use, and disruptive behavior.

Subsequent extended footage seemed to depict her engaging in intimate contact with a male companion during the Beetlejuice show in Denver.

Here’s what happened when…

Tuesday, September 12

The Denver Post breaks the story that Boebert was kicked out of a performance of the Beetlejuice musical at the Buell Theatre, Denver, the previous Sunday.

According to an incident report obtained by reporters from Denver Arts & Venues, the theater’s management, two unidentified individuals were politely requested to exit the theater during the intermission. This decision followed a prior warning regarding their disruptive behavior, which had garnered numerous grievances from fellow audience members.

Boebert seemed to address the incident by confessing in a post on X (formerly known as Twitter) that she had been “excessively jovial and vocal.”

It’s true, I truly relished the INCREDIBLE performance of Beetlejuice at the Buell Theatre, and I willingly admit to my exuberant laughter and enthusiastic singing,” she shared in the post. “I encourage everyone to seize the opportunity to see it this week, and do keep me posted on how it all concludes!”

Theatre authorities had reported that at least three other audience members and multiple ushers observed Boebert and her companion vaping and using their mobile phones. They were given a second warning, emphasizing the importance of being considerate to their fellow theatergoers.

As outlined in the incident report, approximately five minutes into the musical’s second act, a theater staff member radioed in another complaint regarding the patrons’ “disruptive behavior” and the use of their phones for recording purposes. At this juncture, the staff contacted the Denver Police Department, and the theater’s security manager was tasked with escorting the patrons out.

According to the theater officials, they declined to depart, and the officials informed them that remaining would constitute trespassing. Following a heated exchange with the staff, they eventually exited the premises “voluntarily,” but the report noted that they resumed their confrontational behavior once in the vestibule.

The theater employee documented the encounter, stating, “I engaged with the patrons in the vestibule, reiterating the necessity for them to vacate the premises, but they continued to dispute this directive.

They uttered phrases such as, ‘Do you recognize who I am?’ ‘I serve on the board.’ ‘I will be reaching out to the mayor.'”

Wednesday, September 13

On Wednesday, September 13, surveillance footage depicting Boebert being escorted out of the theater was made public. The theater’s management shared videos ranging just slightly over four minutes in duration.

These clips capture Boebert and a male companion seated near the aisle, approached by two theater staff members. Following a conversation, the duo vacates their seats and is guided out of the auditorium by two individuals wearing earpieces. The footage concludes with Boebert and her friend walking hand in hand away from the theater’s premises.

In a particular moment within the video, Boebert appears to extend her finger towards the two gentlemen accompanying her outside. One user on X suggested that the congresswoman might have been “gesturing rudely to security,” although this action wasn’t immediately evident in the footage.

Boebert’s campaign manager confirmed that she was asked to leave but refuted claims of vaping, attributing allegations of vaping to the thick fog machines and electronic cigarettes used during the performance.

“I can affirm the surprising and scandalous rumors: during her personal time, Congresswoman Lauren Boebert does indeed support the performing arts (shock!),” stated Drew Sexton to The Post. He went on to say that Boebert “admits to singing along, laughing, and having a good time,” and added that the congresswoman encourages people to attend the musical.

New footage reveals that Boebert was vaping inside the theater.

CCTV footage captures Boebert engaging in conversation with a male companion while using a vape device. Subsequent footage reveals the congresswoman dancing and using her smartphone to capture photos of the performance.

Boebert offered an apology following the release of the video showcasing her vaping and taking pictures, which contradicted her spokesperson’s earlier statement.

In her official statement, the House Republican acknowledged that she had “failed to live up to my principles” and “sincerely did not remember vaping on that occasion,” and she continued by stating, “That is not acceptable, and I apologize.

The footage also suggests that Boebert and a male companion engaged in inappropriate physical contact, although her apology did not explicitly address this aspect. The video showed a moment where Boebert’s breasts were touched by the male companion, and she appeared to reciprocate by reaching towards his groin area.

Boebert has faced criticism in light of this footage, especially considering her previous criticism of drag queens for “sexualizing public spaces.”

In her statement, the Colorado politician expressed remorse, saying, “The past few days have been challenging and humbling, and I sincerely apologize for the unwanted attention my actions on Sunday evening in Denver have brought to the community. While my actions and words as a private citizen that night were not intended to be harmful or malicious, the reality is that they had that effect, and I deeply regret it.

Boebert went on to say, “Navigating a public and challenging divorce doesn’t come with a one-size-fits-all manual. These past few months have presented a personal ordeal for both me and my entire family. I’ve made an effort to approach it with strength and dignity to the best of my ability, but regrettably, I fell short of upholding my own values on Sunday. This is inexcusable, and I apologize.”

Back in May, the congresswoman had announced her divorce from her husband of 18 years, Jayson Boebert.

Regarding the vaping incident during the performance, Boebert emphasized that she genuinely couldn’t recall using a vape that evening until the video emerged: “Whether it was the excitement of watching a long-awaited production or the natural unease of being in an unfamiliar setting, I honestly didn’t remember vaping that night when I discussed the events of the evening with my campaign team and expressed my enthusiasm for the musical.

“Despite my personal belief, it’s evident now that my recollection was inaccurate; it was never my intention, nor my campaign’s intention, to mislead anyone, but we recognize how this appears. We understand that rebuilding trust may take time, and it won’t happen overnight, but we are committed to making it happen,” Boebert concluded.

In the film footage and reported accounts, Boebert’s companion is identified as Quinn Gallagher, who happens to be a co-owner of Hooch Craft Cocktail Bar.

It’s worth noting that Gallagher’s establishment has been recognized for hosting drag nights and LGBTQ+-friendly gatherings, which stands in stark contrast to Boebert’s prior opposition to LGBTQ+ rights while serving in Congress. Boebert has espoused the controversial viewpoint that members of the LGBTQ+ community are “groomers,” a claim that critics argue unjustly connects the community with pedophilia.

Curiously, Boebert has not publicly acknowledged her association with Gallagher. In the aftermath of this revelation, Gallagher’s bar faced a barrage of negative reviews on social media, highlighting the inconsistency between its LGBTQ+-inclusive events and the proprietor’s choice to spend time with a prominent anti-LGBTQ+ politician.

It’s worth mentioning that some conspiracy theorists have begun to speculate, despite lacking evidence, that this rendezvous was part of a Democratic ploy designed to undermine the Colorado representative.

Boebert made an appearance on One America News on Sunday evening, where she conveyed to the audience, “I may have come across as a bit too unconventional. I’m well-known for my lively and perhaps excessively animated personality. I was jovial, singing, and truly enjoying myself.

“I was advised to tone it down a bit, which I did, but my next misstep was taking a photograph.”

Furthermore, she refuted allegations that she had engaged in arguments or threatened to contact the mayor.

“There have been reports suggesting that I was involved in disputes and threatened to reach out to the Denver mayor—I can’t fathom why I would ever contact the Denver mayor. I believe he might have considered putting me behind bars,” she remarked.

What Happens Next about Boebert ?

Boebert has refrained from offering any specific comments regarding her association with Gallagher or the apparent divergence between her political beliefs and the communities welcomed by his bar.

Similarly, there has been no acknowledgment from her regarding the video footage that appears to depict intimate behavior in the theater. In accordance with Colorado law, public indecency encompasses actions performed in public places or locations where the public is likely to witness such acts, including the lascivious fondling or caressing of another person.

Nevertheless, a representative from the Denver District Attorney’s Office confirmed in an email to Newsweek on Monday that there are no intentions to file charges against Boebert.
